The J would be reference to the clutch. The sheetmetal wheels are not standard. All 650's had cast wheels from the factory. Power steering was a factory option on the 650. On the 650, there was not a seperate model "Rice Field Special" as in the WR-9, but you could equip it from the factory with all of the features of the previous WR models such as; tires, decellarator, hand clutch, etc. Harold H
