Fast hitch to 3pt conversion?

My 400 has the fast hitch and was wondering what you guys use for a 3pt system?
I have seen some that are just 2 bars that fit in the sockets but dont see what you do with the top link.
I have also seen some that are solid arms with the top link attached to this. This looks good but was wondering about side to side movement to attach the implement.
What do you have?
