What should I pay for a Farmall 460 diesel???

I've seen an ad for a 460 diesel for sale in the local trader. I just need to know a good "ball park" idea as to what it should be worth. I know it will vary based on locale, etc. But an idea would help as well as how good were they and what about parts availability.
