TA Question

Hi All,

I am looking at a couple of IH's where I live and they both have TA listed. From reading past posts, some tractors came with and without TA. Excuse my ignorance on IH's, but was is TA?? My guess is it has something to do with the gears and/or PTO.

Any help is appreciated!
