What can you tell me about this 450 with this S/N?

I found a non-running Farmall 450. (The owner said it needs the gas tank relined and sediment globe reinstalled, otherwise the tank is off) The s/n is 8125 with the letters LCFS. He wants $2000 for it. It has fairly decent metal, 2 point hitch/set up as a 3 point. Missing some chrome emblems on one side. What does the LCFS mean and is the $2000 justified?
