Are you pushing in the clutch some of them still are hooked up to the safety switch. If you are I would start with the starter button short across the terminals on the back of the button assembly. Please make sure it is in netural That is the reason for the clutch safety switch. I know a man that was permanently crippled when he shorted across the selnoid and a 4020 and disc harrow ran over him. Saftey switch can be bad also. If it is not the things I have listed not likley but could be key switch. then you are to starter or battery.
