Farmal 340 parts tractor and quick hitch adjustmen

I have 2 questions. First I found a 340 rowcrop with quick hitch that is sitting in afield rusting it is missing the seat and grill tires are shot rims and everything else looks ok I am wondering what a fair price to offer might be I just want it for parts for mine. My other problem is on my quick hitch I need to know how to adjust the linkage for the lift I am only getting half the extension the cylindar should give.
