If you get the service manual for Roosa Master type DB pumps, all your questions will be answered. In addition, you will have detailed step by step procedures that will help ensure a successful rebuild. Try binderbooks. com. The 59 page service manual I got from them was about $10. These pumps were used on many different makes and models of tractors. Stanadyne( Roosa Master's new name) makes a rebuild kit available from your local injector pump shop for about $30.
