M lift-all oil check dipstick

My 48 M is missing the dipstick for the lift-all. Does anyone know if you can buy new ones anymore or am I stuck trying to find a used one? If so, who sells 'em? Also, is there supposed to be some kind of packing in the underside of the lift-all fill cap? If so, what is the packing material supposed to be and where can you get that?
