WFE will fit fine, no stop bolt involved on these tractors (only H/M-300/450 has that), wheel bearings are 460 size and smaller, probably wont matter with lighter use, loader might cause you problems, if genuine IH WFE and not Schwartz or others, the fenders if the flat top style should fit but you will need u-bolts for 706, diff is square axle housing are smaller than hex type on 706.
