I-6 Transmission Question

Have 1948 I-6. Shift pattern(which is a decal) shows a 5 speed transmission, but I can't seem to find 5th. Was 5th ever locked out on this tractor, or do I have problems? According to the ser.# tag, the tractor has a special high speed reverse. There doesn't seem to be any other problems,just can't find 5th.Thanks for any help, Scott
