I CAN'T GET MYH TO RUN, HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My h has been setting for a number of years, so when I got it home I replaced the following: gas, oil,antifreeze,plugs,wires,points,condenser,cap, rotor,coil. when i tried to start it it fired and ran for about 10 sec and then it died. now when i try to start it the only way I can get it to even sputter(for no length of time) is to quickly choke it. I have the main fuel jet turned out 2 1/2 turns and the idel screw out 1 1/2 turns. It feels like it is not getting enough fuel. please give me some suggestions on how to get this thing to start and run. THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP(YOU PEOPLE REALLY DO GIVE GOOD ADVICE)
