The only connection between the TA and hydraulics on your 460 is that the oil lubs the TA. Having said that is the TA going bad in direct drive as well the low side or just one or the other if the direct side maybe just TA clutch if low side the ramp and rollers going bad. will have to split the tractor. Adjustment and the way you use the TA is the big thing for long life. As for the hydraulics could be the pump or relief valve hard to say with out flow rating it to see what the pump is putting out, if had to pick I would say pump.
