You could leave the sediment bowl on and gently blow to air back into the line from the feed into the carb and if the pickup tube is block in the tank you should clear it and get good fuel flow.I would be careful if you do that so you dont blow the seal out in the sediment bowl.If it comes open that way you may have rust or dirt in the tank.
