Some low 1st gear tranny kits were available as an option, but they are hard to find now. You could find rear end, and clutch housing off a 400 or MTA with the Torque Amplifier. That would reduce your M's speed. But it's kind of silly to do that swap whe you could just go buy a different tractor. What about smaller tires instead?
