When I bought the 200 the hyd were very weak and slow. It appeared the pump might be bad but before I tore into any thing I wanted to isolate the problem as much as possible. My son put a pressure gage on and noticed low pressure but did develope full pressure for an instant before dropping off. He concluded that the relief/ pressure regulator was hung up. I took the back plate off the hyd unit and lo and behold the little plastic check/ball was cracked on the end preventing pressure buildup. Picked up a new check, o rings and gasket at the IH dealer total cost 18.00. Installed every thing today and all the rockshafts and fasthitch cylinder work perfect. Hopefully this will be of some help to anyone else with hyd problems.
