I used some real lite kite string....but get the good stuff. Make a small knot on one end a little smaller then the hole in electrical box. Then hooked up the shop vac and duct tape to one of the ends of pipe then suck it up through from the electrical box. Then I tied on to the wire. Did same on other side, spiced on the other wire and heat shrink and pull splice up in and wire.I also drilled a hole in bar to run wire out so it didn't stick out the end.....it seemed to get pinched and smashed easily when routed out the end........Good Luck.....
