well it sounds like bad injection wether it's pump or injector i would buy a rebuild kit rebuild the motor and send the injectors out to be rebuilt then your sure to fix it and not have a problem in the future.a complete rebuild kit is under 1000 dollars from international and injectors will cost approx 100-150 per injector so for under 2k you will have a tractor that can service you for a long time.
