F-30 tires

Well after a year the F-30 is coming together. Finaly got a lull in the wind and sqirted paint today. Yes, I am The Shade Tree Mechanic. But even in good daylight that dark grey is getting harder to see.
My question is the tires. I have a set of 13x36 for the back. Now I always thought there was a spacer that could be added to the front spindle to raise the front end. Boy was I wrong! Like Duhhh, The shaft has to be longer too. So now I am considering putting on a set of good used 7.50 impliment tires. Has anyone done this? I am not sure if they will clear the cultivator brackets.
