I was pretty sure that I heard a number of years ago that Robertson screws and bolts are against the law in the US. Whoever manufactures Phillips screws lobied the US Gov't when Robertsons were invented and had them banned from the US.

So, my guess is that our American brethren are out of luck when it comes to converting to Robertsons. A dreadful shame if I am correct.
