Yes I changed my 756 from 15.5 38,s to 18.4 38,s and the lugs wouldn't tighten the rims for a long time I cut strips of sheet metal and put between the lug and wheel with time they would wear out just a while back my son who is a pro welder, got some nickel cast and laid several beads on the surface of the lug that tightens again the wheel at this time it is working very good. One bead thickness makes a very big difference.
