Sounds like could be the flex plate on the flywheel that drives everything your braker are most likly working as manual the IH brakes like what the 1066 has should be as good without power as with it they are in good shap. The flex plate replaces the clutch of a gear drive and drives the whole tractor. You should have manual steering but would be hard to steer.
