I believe the other messages to you...but I have some reservations about them being 100% true. If the 400F followed the 300 series, the some of late models had white grilles and side panels. In looking thru some old Farmall books I have, it shows a late 300U with the white trim. I always thought the 300U was all red and the 350U had the white trim. Anyway...look and see if it is painted or if it is a decal on the hood. If it's a decal it is more than likely orginal. The factory put the decal on, the rest were painted by someone. Make it the way you want it...that's the important thing...my 2 cents worth.
