The large cap on the valve cover of the F-30 is the hole for you to oil the rocker arms. It only has one hole and one big trough. The felts are in the one and will oil all the rockers if the felt is still good. The F-20 has 2 small holes and 2 troughs for the oil. You oil both every day it works but if you are like me you don't work it so a little oil when run will do it. you can get the felts and gaskets from Rice.
