Engine specifications

I have clearance specs for bearings at home for most Farmall models but what are acceptable specs for cylinder wear? I had the head off of my Super M and found that it has a substantial ring ridge at the top of the sleeves. I want to determine whether I will need sleeves and pistons when I restore this tractor. I still want to use it for pulling and for farm work such as pulling fertilizer wagons etc.
