Tire and corn picker question

Took my 460 + 234 rig to town today and had each axel weighed.
Front came in at 2040 lbs, well with in the limits of the 6ply 6x16s, so will set preasure at 33/34psi.
The back weighed in at 7940, half a ton over what the book says 6ply 13.6x38 should carry.
The bad news is mine are just 4ply!
I drive this rig like it's on eggs but how long can those old tires hold out? 30 mile trip to tractor show prolly pushin my luck?
