It will cost you $300.00 + just to replace the parts that he kept. This plus what you have said would FOR SURE make it a parts tractor for me. You can probably part out (sell the rest of the parts) for enough to buy a good "C" in running condition. It is the old story - "THE SUM OF THE PARTS IS GREATER THAN THE SUM OF THE WHOLE".
