Pretty simple with about 2 foot long ready bolt and a couple of nuts and washers. Roll the weight to the tire. Boost it so the ready bolt goes through the lowest hole on the hub and the top hole on the weight. Put on the washers and nuts. Lift and turn the weight 180 degrees and attach the top bolt. Remove the ready bolt and replace with the final bolt. Does not require much lifting and holding. I am 62 and do them by myself. My 2 cents.
