I'm not sure about Internationals but I put a Ford 3000 with a loader on it in our pond a few years ago. The tractor was totally submerged. We had it pulled out with a backhoe, drained and replaced all the fluids and it fired right back up and gave us any trouble. Not a recomended way to wash a tractor though.....
