When you post a photo to the Galleries, you are actually uploading the photo to the YT server. When you post a photo to the web fourm you need to have a place to put the photo so that you can link to it. You are not uploading the photo to YT server. Check with your ISP (internet service provider) most that I know of provide each user on thier system with a small amount of web space with thier accounts. If not do a google search for web space and you can buy a account with any of the 1,000 or so providers. There are some free web space providers and I have used them before and still do for some things. Its hard to find a free one that allows hot linking to photos. They like to have a ad show up on the free ones and hot linking does not show thier ad so they get upset. I know its a little bit of work to learn how to do it. but it is well worth the effort and makes this fourm much more fun and usefull for you.
