IH Model 105 sickle mower - parts sources?

I am looking for parts for my mid-mount IH Model 105 sickle bar mower, currently mounted on a late model Cub. My local IH-Case dealer is telling me that most of the parts I need are NLA - no longer available.

Any good sources of NOS parts I should check, or good salvage yards that might also have implements?

Also, good sources for knife and guard repair tools, and a knife grinder? These items seem to have disappeared as well. Ebay has not been helpful in this respect, either.
