Bob: I must apologize, I just noticed your responce to Harold on the high clear tractors and bean harvesters. Then cruising through the various threads I noticed your name. By the way your 504 is a 1967. When looking these up you just ignor letters and numbers other than the main cluster of them for the purpose of checking the year. The ones I know of and they have about a dozen of them, are all hydros, as after hydro came out that was all they bought. My source of information tells me they opted for the 6 cylinder 656, etc.
