The last 450 had the cam lht, gears were intro in SM, I worked at a IH dealer from 1960 in parts & service. This is where the replacement parts came from, subbed from 48196D-- cam to 48196DBX with a left hand nut 368598R1. Our shop foreman was always very critical of the press fit even on new parts. In fact I still work a CNH dealer, been at this for 43 years.
