yes, all three rails were engaged--4/5th, 2/3 lined up but forward of neutral, rev/1st forward the other rails. Started on the right most rail looking down from the top rear of the tractor (rev/1st). Got that one to move slightly--now all three rails lined up but still forward from neutral. Next, shortened the TA link and pulled the TA-blocked the clutch--nothing will move. Hooked up the come-a-long and racheted down, as you stated I tried several positions until I found one where I could get a rail to move. Outer rails would not move-used alot of pull and was able to get the middle rail to "pop" into neutral, after that the next one(4/5th)was relativly easy but still a little tough. Last rail I moved (rev--1st), was easy.
