Farmall H oil leak........

I am experiencing an oil leak coming from above the pan cover at the rear of the hydraulic unit.I removed the pan cover and noticed that someone has used silicone around the piece that bolts to the transmission where the shaft extends out that drives the Hydraulic pump. Is there a seal and a gasket that can be replaced? The fluid leaking is not hydraulic its transmission/differential oil.
I may just remove the hydraulic pump being I don't use it. Oil leak is pretty steady while driving the tractor. Any feedback regarding fixing this leak appreciated.
