Had the same problem. Ended up having to use lots of heat from the torch and a 5lb hammer. You will have to disconnect the brake rod and drive the shaft out thru the clutch peddle which is what is frozen to the shaft. Had soaked it in Kroil and PB Blaster for weeks with no results.

After I finally got it apart and cleaned up good I put it back together with pleanty of "Anti Seize".
