Fast hitch is a complete two-prong hitch system (back up, lift and go) first used on the Super C in 1953, then on the hundred series and later models, until IH finally gave up and converted everything to 3-point. The Cub and 100 had a one-prong system. Fast hitch was a very good system, but required the use of IH only implements, or a 3-point adapter so you could use other implements. Quick hitch is a generic term for a carrier that attaches to a 3-point and allows you to attach and lift an implement without leaving the tractor seat--some of the time. The two lower links lock onto the the lower pins on the implement and the top link rides under the top pin on the implement. Made for all categories of 3 points, I, II, III, IV, etc. Really a poor substitude for Fast Hitch, however IH refused to license Fast Hitch to Deere, thus everything now has 3 point.
