IH would use the same mower with differnt mounts. #16 was used on the A, B, H, and M, so would stand to reason that it would fit a C. I have never any ID numbers on my #16. Most part numbers on mine are from a #16. They came with 5,6, and 7ft bars. Have seen a couple with a 9ft bars. There should be part numbers on the big parts.
