Rob, the easiest hydraulic add on for a Farmall A or B would be a "Char-lynn power pack". This is a complete unit - pump, reservior, control valve, all in one that attaches directlly to the PTO or Belt Pully shaft. It is about the size of 2 belt pullies end to end. This arrangement does not give you a rock shaft but you can use hydraulic cylinders for that job.

Sorry I do not know of a supplier. I have two of them which I picked up at a farm sale. I am sure they are around if you look hard enough,. Might try a "Want Ad" in the classified's on this site.
