As Hugh said, easier and cheaper to trade tractors and get a Super A. I do have one tractor that has a hydraulic pump rigged to run off the generator belt. That would not give you the rockshaft system of the Super A, but would give you a way to rig a control valve and cylinder. Still pretty expensive to buy the pump, reservoir, control valve, hoses, cylinder, make brackets and so on to rig up the cylinder, etc.
