The International High Clear Utility has the Farmall type rear axles and 38"wheels on the rear and a taller front axle but still has the shorter utility wheelbase and utility type seating position. They were built in much smaller numbers than either the Farmall or the regular International models so they are not real common which some might interperate as being rare in most areas. Harold H
