what cmes off after the flywheel on 30

Do I take the little blts off the ring around the hole that they flywheel hup went in or what. Need some help[ please. Since the bearings gone, what if the wicks gone that lubricates it. How can Ibe sure in replacing the bearing that the wick (if there) is in the right place, and if its not there, what place is the right place. Where is the seal in relation to the bearing. infront (toward the engine) or behind. Figure IH35, page 13 shows a puller using somthing that looks like its threaded and if so probably screwed into the crank shaft. Wjat cam I get thats that size?
