I have a 2504 diesel too and was thinking about the same thing. I'm close to you, New Hampshire.
I'm almost done rebuilding it. I am investigating an aftermarket 3 point system. I have a 3000 loader and backhoe. Write back if your interesting in catching up and sharing info. I have found lots of info a great place out in Iowa to get new and used parts.
