Poppin F-12

Had to pull my f-12 to get it started.It started right away but was missing.Replaced A bad plug and it started on the first crank.It ran fine for about 30 minutes and then it started popping and finally died.Fresh gas,new plugs & wires everything in the mag is new,points and timming are set correct,rebuilt fuel pump.Any idea what the problem is? Any help appreciated,Shank.
