Lots of things can cause the wobble in your front end. Low or unequal air pressure in the tires to worn bushing in the bolster, or a combination of several things.

Check the eay stuff first like air pressure and then work your way to the harder stuff. Block your rear wheels and raise the front wheels off of the ground. Shake them side to side and look for play in the bushings.

Kelly C has a pretty good page that talks about replacing the bushings along with some good pictures of the process.
