farmall cub hydrolics

i got the stuc hydrolics on my cub to move twice both up and down is this a good sign. they have been sitting for over 4 years with the weight of a snow plow on them. i have put mystey oil an pb blaster on them an thats how i got em to move twice. anyone b able to give me a good word if its lookijg good or not so hott..
