You should be able to get all of the parts you need at an IH dealer. I just rebuilt mine last year, all 3, and replaced some of the parts you mentioned and got all the parts right from the dealer.

Another option is a tractor junk yard, those same valves were used on many numbered tractors.

For what it's worth, when I went to my dealer and asked for a part for a 300U, they didn't have/couldn't get it, next day I go in with a part number they had it or could get it!!! Get a part manual, worth it's weight in gold, if for nothing else than the exploded diagrams that show how things go together!
