Ben: I wouldn't want to get into a discussion on that one. I think a lot depended on strength of heavy equipment dealer in the particular area. I remember dealer in our area didn't dare touch even the ones you mention as 2444 or ISA or IA for a period of time IH industrial division wouldn't even ship to him. The industrial dealer went out of business and every thing changed, the farm dealer was selling all. Those tractors did come from industrial division though and farm dealers could get them if industrial dealer didn't object. I understand that high volume industrial dealers in real heavy equipment, often didn't want the bother. Other situations were where industrial dealer didn't exist. Some dealers had both. The whole system was about as diverse as North America.
