It sounds like your clutch disc is not disengaging all the way from the pressure plate, when you adjusted the clutch, adding more free play to the pedal will reduce the amount of space that the disc seperates from the pressure plate. You may try adjusting your pedal so that there is less free play in the pedal, this should increase the seperation between the pressure plate and the disc. allowing for full disengagement of the clutch. However if you have stuck parts this will probably not resolve your problem, but it is easier than splitting it ! GOOD LUCK Jonathan Mirgon
