Tractor sat for 30 years but turns, now what?

Ive been getting motivated on restoring my grandpa's '48 farmall c. It has been sitting for 30 years. Can anyone tell me what i should specifically check to make sure that nuthin gets wrecked when i try to start her up. Thanks in advance.
